Asuhan Kebidanan Berkesinambungan Pada Ny. F Di Usia 32 Tahun Di Pmb S Kota Batam

The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in the world in 2024, based on WHO data, is around 287,000 women who die during and after pregnancy and childbirth. Efforts to accelerate the reduction of AKI are carried out by ensuring that every mother is able to access quality health services through continuous care for mothers from pregnancy services to contraceptive services. The purpose of this continuous midwifery care is to carry out comprehensive obstetric care for pregnant women up to family planning in accordance with the standard of care using the SOAP documentation approach. Results in the implementation of continuous obstetric care from the pregnancy period to the family planning period for Mrs. F G2P1A0 aged 32 years starting from 32 weeks of gestation which was carried out on March 29 – May 12, 2025. At the pregnancy visit, the mother received complaints of back pain. In the delivery process there are no obstacles whatsoever. The baby born on May 3, 2025 was helped by a midwife. Birth weight 3000 grams PB: 50 cm LK: 34 cm, LD: 33 cm by getting Vit K immediately after birth, eye ointment and Hb0 at 2 hours after birth. At the Neonatal visit, there were no complaints and problems in the baby. During the postpartum period, Mrs. F was carried out 4 times where in each postpartum visit Mrs. F did not feel any problem. Mother uses injectable birth control for 3 months. Continuous obstetric care for Mrs. F from pregnancy to birth control has been carried out and the mother is in a normal state. It is hoped that midwives can implement continuous obstetric care, so that in the event of an emergency, it is immediately identified and handled immediately.
